Partner Christopher J. Keller was quoted in the Pharma Times regarding the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of minority shareholders of Alcon, the US-Swiss eye-care company, in connection with the company's sale.
Christopher Keller, a partner at Labaton Sucharow, said that "a simultaneous offer with such a significant disparity between the majority and the minority shareholders is extremely unusual and rare." He added that the latter group "should be afforded the opportunity to seek meaningful legal recourse."
