Abrams v. Van Kampen Funds, Inc.
The Court approved the $31.5 million settlement in this action on or about November 16, 2005. The Claims Administrator has nearly completed the process of reviewing and auditing the tens of thousands of Claim Information Forms that class members have submitted in response to the Notice of Settlement. On or about January 29, 2007, Plaintiffs will file a motion with the Court to authorize distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants.
