Nicholas R. Hector concentrates his practice on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors. Currently, Mr. Hector is actively involved in In re Broadcom Corp. Securities Litigation.

Mr. Hector is a regular contributor to "Eyes on Wall Street"
(www.eyesonwallstreet.com), Labaton Sucharow's blog on economics, corporate governance, and other issues of interest to investors.

Mr. Hector was a full tuition trustee scholar at the University of  Southern California. During his time at Brooklyn Law School, he was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and acted as the student representative for the American Bar Association. Mr. Hector also served as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society of New York, Criminal Division, Spring 2008.
